We charge a low monthly rate for our services, with zero upfront cost. An agreed minimum term is required, and after that, you can cancel at any time.

Depends if you purchased the lump sum site or not. If you were just on the subscription, service will be terminated and your site will be taken down. Neu Digital owns the website code, however you retain the domain and assets. If you purchased the lump sum site, you will own the website and all the content on it.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, if you cancel before the agreed minimum term, you will be charged for the entire cost of the site minus however much paid up until that point, which is dependent on the package you chose.

We charge $100 for extra pages, which is a one time fee. It will not affect your monthly subscription.

Our invoices are billed on the first of every month. We give a 7 day grace period before it becomes overdue. An additional $25 late fee is added to the invoice. Based off our agreed terms in the contact, after a certain amount of time, we be forced to take down your site due to non-payment. We will always try to work with you to avoid this.

The client does. Whether we helped you purchase it, or you already had it, you will always own the domain. We will not hold it hostage.

You can email us at contact@neudigital.ca with the edits you would like to make. We try make the edits within 48 hours, however, worst case is the SLA time specified in your subscription package. If it is an emergency, please let us know and we will make the edits as soon as possible.

We can have your website up and running in as little as 3 weeks. This is dependent on how quickly you can provide us with the content we need. We will work with you to get your site up as quickly as possible.

Yes, we can add a blog to your site. This is available in the Business Ultimate package. It can be added afterwards to the Business package, but there will be an additional charge.

We don't use any slow website builders, we hand code all of our websites. This means that your site will be faster and more secure than a site built with a website builder. We also have more control over the design and functionality of the site. We can build a site that is unique to your business. This immediately sets your website apart from the competition.

Our biggest SEO strength lies in the on-page technical SEO. We make sure that your site is fast, secure, and mobile friendly. We also make sure that your site is optimized for the keywords that you want to rank for. We also offer off-page SEO services, which must be discussed with us.

We offer unlimited content edits in our subscription plans. This means that you can request as many edits as you want to the content on your site. This does not include design changes, however, we will work with you to make sure you are happy with the design of your site. You can get a free entire website redesign every 2-3 years, package dependant.
